On, June 15, from 11-12 pm please join the Children’s Behavioral Health Knowledge Center for free a webinar to learn about parental substance abuse and its effects on young children.  More and more children today are living with a parent who is dependent on or abuses alcohol or other drugs. In this webinar, presenters from the Institute for Health and Recovery (IHR) and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health will discuss the impact of addiction on the parent-child relationship and what providers can do to meet the complex needs of the parents and the children.
