Program Description:  Grafton is a large, nonprofit organization in Virginia serving children and adults with autism and development disabilities, most with comorbid psychiatric diagnoses. Ms. Sanders  will share her experience with restraint/seclusion prevention including how Grafton staff shifted away from using prone restraint through Ukeru Systems (a safe and restraint-free crisis management program developed by and for behavioral health professionals and paraprofessionals, educators and parents) and the Grafton Method (an approach that enables facilities to support organizational culture change)
