In this workshop, participants will engage in self-assessment and other exercises that pinpoint their strengths and bring to light opportunities for improvement. Interactive activities take participants through the paces of leadership, communication (especially when faced with difficult conversations), delegation and coaching. With continuous open dialogue self-reflection, learning opportunities, and on-going positive reinforcement, personal and professional growth will occur.
