Keynote speaker: Dr. Kevin Ann Huckshorn
This year’s annual forum will feature Kevin Ann Huckshorn, a national and international consultant/trainer and the lead author of the 6 Core Strategies© Training Curriculum on promoting violence-free and trauma-informed care. The 6CS training has been deemed an evidence-based practiced by SAMHSA. The theme of this year’s forum will focus on the key role of leadership in R/S prevention, and will also feature a panel of providers who will share their experiences in implementing their respective R/S Prevention Initiatives in their settings (child/adolescent and adult settings).
